Celtic Nation sat down today with former Boston Celtic Rick Robey (#53 in team photo), a reserve center on the 1981 NBA champions. It was the first title for Bird, McHale and Parish, and it completed a unique quadfecta for Robey - a high school crown, an NIT title, an NCAA championship and an NBA ring. Robey talked about what it meant to play for one of the most storied programs in college basketball, his association with legendary icons Adolph Rupp and Red Auerbach, and the future of the Celtics with Rajon Rondo.
Look for the interview in March, and be sure to listen to the next Celtic Nation Podcast to learn more about Robey and his life as a basketball warrior.
