Celtics are in final discussions on terms of a multi-year deal with Mavericks free agent guard Jason Terry, sources tells Yahoo! Sports.

This is fantastic potential news for Celtic fans. Jason Terry addresses our need for a back-up point guard as well as a 6th man that we can count on. Terry has championship experience and fits into our team flawlessly.

The interesting thing here is whether we go after Ray Allen still, or if we turn our attention towards Marcus Camby. I have heard that we will still be going after Ray Allen, but I’m left wondering…. can we find minutes for Allen, Rondo, Bradley and Terry all in the same back-court?
