Two games in and one thing is readily apparent – our Celtics, with all of the adds, is a team still searching to find itself. When a young team like the Milwaukee Bucks can come into our place and do what they did tonight, there’s no question that this Celtics team is clearly a work in progress.
But team chemistry is only part of the problem. The Celtics couldn’t put the ball in the basket, and in this league you need to score if you’re going to win. Paul Pierce missed his first six shots and didn’t get on the board until the final two minutes of the third quarter. Jason Terry was off (again).
More to come tomorrow – gotta let this game digest…and it has already given me indigestion.
