Our Boston Celtics are on a roll, thanks in large part to big performances by our bench. Try Jared Sullinger on for size – 12 points and 16 rebounds. Yep, you read that right. Fifteen boards in 34 minutes of action, baby.
Or how about Jeff Green? Green wasn’t great but at least he’s trending in the right direction now, scoring 14 points on 5-9 shooting from the field.
Or how about Jason Terry? Terry started strong and shot well, finishing with 13 points on 6-of-8 shooting, finally starting to look comfortable in his Celtics skin.
Gotta love it, people – our Celtics are the proud possessors of a shiny, new 4 game winning streak. Not something to get overly excited about, unless you’re a 2012-13 Celtics fan looking for any kind of consistency.
