Its only the second quater but I like the play. The C's are playin with heart and that is something that has been missing for all of this year. It maybe to soon to tell but it would appear the C's are starting to gel.

Williams has totally suckered Rondo into taking this game as a mano a mano match and the Celtics have gotten killed in the third quarter as a result. The Rondo Show is driving me crazy, they need to beat that impulse out of him.

PP and RAy went cold. 7 -25 FG. Perk had 4 "O" board but 3 T/O's to go with 7 Pts.. The 2nd unit played well in the 1st half. BB was on fire until he got his beak bopped.

Rondo got torched by D. Williams. The mano-a-mano thing is STUPID!!! Our "D" was a laugh in the 3rd quarter.

Agree, but yet - Doc was tossed out not just for nothing. Officiating sucked - one of the worst games I've seen this season.

Entire team went cold in the second half, thanks for 3 jerks allowing to bang the C's playground-style. Jazz tested out how far they can push - got their wish granted. IMO - total BS, hope they all will be fined.

Isn't it strange? When the Celtics play physical -- it is Good. When anoother team plays physical againt the Celtics, it is the dumb refs fault. HUH?

The Jazz starters had 18 fouls -- The Celtic starters had 14. Nobody cryed when all the Jazz starters were in foul trouble in the 1st half.

YOu know there is a reason that the Jazz are 13 - 1 against the Eastern Conference.

I'm not too surprised by this loss. I think we all know that the Cs are "there" yet, as far as playoff-ready. But I still have hopes...

There is a slight difference between playing physical within the rules, and dirty game with officiating allowing the game to spin out of control. Not sure if you noticed that the first half played out differently for the C's.

You do not see me too often complaining about the refs - but this one was ugly. Deron should've fouled out before the half-time. Same with their front-court.

Have you noticed PP's career? He should have fouled out of most games. He throws himself into the "D" man and gets the NBA star calls. He is saved by the whistle so many times, it is rediculous. Ever hear Tommy say the call was wrong? That Pieerce was charging.

PP has taked about 6,700 Foul shots in his career. Wonder how many times he has been called for charging? Think Williams looked a film, and learned how to do it?

Ron Boone, Jazz Announcer, on NBA League Pass, kept saying that the refs missed a call. He said it when the call went for the Jazz, and when it went against them. A novelty to hear straight calls. Not 12 years of: "He got fouled"! Our beloved Celtics think they get fouled on every play.

TIG: Here is a very article by Bill Simmons on the problem with the Refs.

http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/page2/story?page=simmons/090528&sportCat=nba

He shows the difference between Game 4 of the Celts - Bulls play-off, and the crappy Game 7 "over-managed" one. 75 foul shots.

His conclusion! The KRefs are too darn OLD! The league is turning the NBA into Disneyland! Watch the Show!
