Queasy might not be back because he might get an offer large enough that Boston would need to cut into the MLE to sign him, and they're probably going to need to use that on Nate Robinson (as there are no decent point guards to be had late in this year's draft, unlike last year). But the next draft is also going to be swingman heavy, so the Celtics may be upgrading the spot in the draft anyway. The only real sure things in this year's pool are Wall, Evans, Cousins, and Favors, so Boston would have a good shot at a Kevin Martin-type discovery this year. (I'd love to see them convince Elias Harris to enter the draft as I think he's Shawn Marion Jr.)
