Last year Perk had a very good play-off run.

He played good "D".

He scored 12 Pts. a game.

He had 12 Rebounds a game.

This year he has disappeared!

He is getting 5.8 Pts..

He is getting 7.7 Rebounds.

He has a total of 6 Assists.

He has 16 T/O's! That's UGLY!

His "D" has been sporatic. Doc kept him on the bench for the whole 4th quarter, because he was afraid of the T/O's. He has reverted to "poor" ball skills. He is caught traveling on his moves. He brings the ball down, just like he did in High School.

He has to "wake-up", if we are to have a chance against the Cavs..

Perk should have had a great series against an undermanned Heat frontcourt. He looks very stiff this season. His game is starting to look like he's an old 30 something. I think he's definitely hurt more than we know.

His defense hasn't necessarily dropped off though and it will be very important against Shaq.

Perk's D continues to be outstanding. That's what I'll ask of him against the Cavs. If he keeps it up, we'll have a good chance against them.

If its not BK crapping on Rondo's shooting ability, its CaptChris going at Perk for his "individual performance" rather than noticing the team as a whole ALWAYS plays better when he's on the floor (supported by the +/-).

Lets ignore the fact that Perk is the only one grinding in the paint for rebounds and is seeing two if not three guys trying to box him out these days as the other teams have honed in on his rebounding.

Maybe we should start Big Belly! I mean clearly he is the greatest NBA player since Bird, the guy has CHARACTER and bleeds CELTIC Pride! Maybe you'll meet some of these guys in real life, you'll be sorely disappointed.

Here's a quote from Simmons' Sheed rant:

When Boston's three best perimeter players (Rondo, Pierce and Ray Allen) play with Garnett and Perkins, that unit is plus-280 for the season (plus-12.0 per 48 minutes). Swap Wallace for Perkins and it dips to minus-19 (-5.0 per 48 minutes). Swap Wallace for Garnett and it dips to minus-4 (minus-1.1 per 48 minutes).

There's no ME in WE, which is the way Perk plays. Its not about notching individual performances, its putting wins on the board whatever the role.

PerkIsABEAST: All the News a Beast Can Handle

Can he handle 16 Turn-overs? Not scoring a point in 2 games. That sure is picking on HIM. That's Right ! He doesn't have to do anything, but the little things. Or is that just the excuse this year? Last year he played very well in the play-offs! That must have been an accident, because he doesn't have to do that according to the Perk-aholics.

Doc sat him down because he wanted t lose the game. I should hae guessed.

That's strange. KG is getting 8.8 Rebounds a game. What are they gifts?

Aside from the baloney. He had one game when he scored and rebounded well. That was when KG was out, and Glen Davis took his place.

He best score against the CAVS, or it will be a short series. He best get away from the 3.2 T/O's as well.

One of the keys to this series is for Perk to be Perk and not for him to think he's McHale and demand touches in the post.

Whenever we start an offensive set by going to Perk in the post first, it's an automatic turnover.

Rebound, defend and get garbage points off the drop down pass when someone drives to the bucket and draws the defense away. That's Perk's game.

One more thing.... .

No more whining to the refs on EVERY call !!

Shut up and play!! That goes not just for Perk but for everyone on the team.
