[Edit] Clarification .. amended instructions for posting pre-formatted statistics. See #5.
Use this thread to test out your vBulletin skills. Most people know BOLD, Italics and Underline but, for the opening post, I will show you how to use the code command, which comes in especially handy for statistics, player lists, etc.
It is a very easy process, actually, so don't think it will be time consuming or even the slightest bit intimidating.
Open Notepad (or some other text editor)
Paste data from your spreadsheet into Notepad or, alternately, enter data manually and delimit (add space between fields via the <tab> key.)
Ensure that the delimitation after each field is uniform
Wrap the CODE command around the parts that you wish to use on vBulletin (enclose the command with
and )
Click the little a/BIG A on the upper right hand-side of the post editor. Copy and paste your formatted text into your message.
Here is how it looks:

A couple pointers:
I use Notepad++. You can download it for free (Open Source) from Sourceforge.net (http://sourceforge.net/projects/notepad-plus/). It loads quickly, does not contain bloat, has many features for advanced users (great for editing code), is a small install, has tabbed viewing and has line numbers which makes it very easy to keep track of things when editing.
Also, if you are exporting statistics from a spreadsheet (Excel, for instance), save yourself some time and save as "Text (tabbed delimited .txt)". Or you can simply copy and paste but you will then need to manually ensure your delimitation is aligned.
