Did I think we would be in the Finals this year? Heck, NO! Was I WRONG? YUP! Sure glad I was.
Wife wanted to go on a cruise. So I figured we would be out of it by the end of May, and booked a cruise for the 23rd - 30th May. We did Garand Cayman -- Cozimel, Costa Maya, Mexico -- Rowatan, Honduras. Ship - The Solstice - is 1033 ft. long and 122,000 tons. That's as big as an aircraft carrier.
Major problem!!!! Could I get the Celtic games at sea? Got lucky saw them all on 32" tv in the cabin. They were on ESPN. Couldn't get the Laker games on TNT. Laker fans were pisssed.
We had a basketball court on deck 15. 77 year old guy won the foul shooting contest -- He hit 9 - 10 in a shootout!!! I am sending his address to Perk.
Now, I will have to watch the Thursday game from the hospital. I am getting a full hip replacement on Thursday. Will probably see Big Baby Dunking the Ball, and 2 Perkins scoring 20 Pts.each. Those pain killers do wonders.
I also cancelled my reservation at the Crematorium. I am not going until after the Celtics WIN # 18!
