I really hope it ends tonight. Boston has to weather the first quarter then take over after the Fakers spent their emotional high.

I went home last night and told my wife I was posting on a Laker board. I went on to tell her I got called every name in the book and she said, all you had to tell me was that you were posting on a Laker site and I could have guessed. :cool:

My hope is that the Lakers quit early in the second half like 08. Then I want to see Sheed and Perk act like complete fools and get technical fouls and be like "Oh well, it's over anyway." and completely crap in Kobe and the Lakers face. Honestly, the Lakers are such cowards I doubt they would do anything more than head to the locker room with their tail between their legs.

I wouldn't bank on them tossing in the towel anytime soon on this one. If nothing else, Gasahol has benefited greatly from his acting lessons as have most of his teammates and whenever they can't get the job done they take a dive and have been quite successful in selling it to the refs. They should be getting a penalty call for diving, but they aren't. Have you ever seen a face you wanted to smack more than Pau when he's pouting?

Yes! Perk -- when he is acting like a Tough Guy. Can you imagine Charles Oakley being scared of that scowl? Talk about Acting. OOPS! I must remember that Celtic Fans don't see the TEAM as others do. Now, if Perk played one game like Gasol that would be a good act.

Play SMART -- Play HARD -- Play "D" -- Hit FOUL SHOTS -- No CHEAP FOULS -- SHUT UP -- WIN THE GAME!

Hope that Rondo gets more Assists than Turn-overs. We don't get nailed for a moving screen. Less than 10 Turn-overs = a WIN. Hit the Boards. Box Out. Perk gets a Block or 2. Ray it is OK to hit a "3".

Most importantly: Paul -- It is OK for you teamamates to have the ball. They are on your side. It is a TEAM GAME.

The Celtics won Game 5 because Pierce dominated the ball and was able to get mismatches for once with pick and rolls. The Lakers will adjust to it, but I don't get why you would bash a tactic that was a driving force in a win.

Yeah, I agree. For a lot of the first half in game 6, I'm saying, "Paul, we don't mind if you take your mid-range jumper once in awhile!" No doubt he didn't because of the LA defense, but it's often not a bad option.
