Can we add coveritlive.com chat during the Celtics games? and maybe have one of the writers do a mail bag type thing?

I've created the convertitlive account, testing it now...looks like we'll need some members to be involved in helping during the games...i'll put out a thread after i'm sure i understand how it works....again, excelllent idea!

I tested it out on my site and it works great. Can put up a live scorebaord, the only thing I don't like about it is the color scheme. However, everyone will be focused on the game chat, so no need to worry about how it looks.

PS - I have added you both as panelists, and the software sent an email to the email address that you used to register with Celtic Nation. It looks to me that all comments have to be approved before they appear in the window, so I think you'll need to log in and run this console for it to work...unless you know of another way...let me know what you think. Thanks!

You can change the settings, that's just the default to prevent spam.

Hey Mike is there a step above being a panelist it looks like we can't post polls or use the live scoreboard or use the media library as panelists. As all these features would be useful during the games.

Try it again, you may need to log out and back in - you are now a Producer instead of a Panelist, and hopefully this will work better - it may even have access to a better console. Let me know, and thanks! (Falcon, you are a Producter as well - thanks!)

Ya it is better should I re-name the chat to fit in with the event and maybe you could announce on the forums about the chat as a huge announcement.

My apologies - my Internet connection is finally cooperating, I'm going to take a look at it now. Appreciate the patience, we'll have to take it live and announce it for the NEXT game, not tonite against the Hawks (since I'm just getting back online and it's the end of the 3rd quarter). Cover It Live was a great suggestion, BTW - once we get the word out it's going to be fine - also, I'm going to create the facebook account this evening as well. Will keep you posted...would you mind joining up with it when I'm done setting it up?
