Celtics
Trades: Ray Allen, Tony Allen, Glen Davis, Bill Walker and two 2nd RD'ers (2014 SAC, top-55, and 2015 SAC, top-55)
Receives: Rudy Fernandez, Kirk Hinrich, Travis Outlaw and Joel Pryzbilla

Blazers
Trades: Steve Blake, Rudy Fernandez, Travis Outlaw and Joel Pryzbilla
Receives: Brad Miller, Bill Walker, Thaddeus Young and two 2nd RD'ers (2014 SAC, top-55, and 2015 SAC, top-55)

76'ers
Trades: Elton Brand, Willie Green and Thaddeus Young
Receives: Ray Allen, Steve Blake and Glen Davis

Bulls
Trades: Kirk Hinrich and Brad Miller
Receives: Tony Allen, Elton Brand and Willie Green

BOS: Acquire a SG, with length, athleticism and youth, who can spread the floor. Acquire a combo guard who you can pair with House for defensive purposes. Acquire a tweener forward with length, size and athleticism. Acquire an injured defensive-minded C who, if healthy, provides shotblocking, lane-clogging and rebounding but, at worst, is expiring contract and trade chit for next season.

POR: Acquire a large expiring C who helps in a couple different ways. Firstly, he can spread the floor a bit and provides additional space for Miller and Roy to penetrate. Secondly, he, as mentioned, is an expiring contract that cuts off a year of Pryzbilla's contract (Pryzbilla suffered a patella tendon injury and, even if he comes back, will unlikely contribute much next season.) Also acquire a scoring, cost-controlled tweener forward and a developmental wing prospect.

PHI: Get out from under Brand's contract and open up minutes for Speights. They are in those deal predominantly for salary relief. Allen could provide them with some scoring if you want to allow him some of the possession pie.

CHI: Replace Hinrich with a not-quite-as-good facsimile at almost a third the price. Get a penetrator for the starting line-up. Pair Noah with an endomorph in the starting line-up and they should compliment one another nicely.

Honestly, I think I'd just as well offer to clear Philly's salary decks (i.e. Brand, Iguodala, and Kapono) in exchange for their #1. Tony Allen's finally playing well, so while he and Davis aren't much of a return for a high #1, if they ink Amare or Joe Johnson, and then a solid supporting player like the Minister of Interstellar Grooviness all would be forgotten. Frankly Brand would look better on a grinding halfcourt team, and Iguodala would do for Boston what Ricky Davis used to (cover the opponents' better wing scorer, freeing up Pierce on the offensive end).

The Bulls would never take back Brand and Green when their plan is to sign a big name in free agency, so the first trade would have no shot at happening. I wouldn't be opposed to nighthob's idea of letting Philly hit the reset button, as Iggy's athleticism would make him a great fit with Rondo, and Rondo could probably prop Brand up for a few years and make him look better than he does now. My own personal idea would be to offer Ray Allen and something minor for a package of Hinrich, Salmons, and Tyrus Thomas. Gives us a decent three guard rotation, with Hinrich and Salmons both able to play off Rondo or with each other, and Thomas would provide athleticism in the frontcourt that we lost with KG's balky knees.

DC is looking to move Butler, I wouldnt blink at a Butler/Miller for Ray/Baby trade.

What about House/Scal/Baby for Hinrich? Chicago has a 13 Man roster so they can do that swap. They buyout House/Scal and get a young big man in return...
