You know that when you set up the league, you have the option for offline draft and then you as the commish can just enter the draft results in.

I do have one question though, do we have to keep three players or can we just choose to keep up to three players?

Yep, can do offline as well - thanks for reminding, makes sense. I'll update the rule.

3 or up to 3 - I think up to 3, see no sense in forcing keeping all 3. Will update it as well to make it clear, good point again.

I'll keep the thread open for another week or so to give a chance to the others to speak up. Please keep chiming in - I guess you have more experience with Keeper League than any of us.

I like the rules. I also really like that we're doing escalating rounds for the keepers so that it means the draft won't be devoid of good players and your keepers are more about value than just stars.

The only problem I see is that we cannot add a new manager or lose a manager or it will mess up the whole system. Right?

No, we can still do that. It's easiest to just replace someone cause they can take over their team, but the way that keepers are set up in this league, we could add extra teams in the future and they really wouldn't be at that big of a penalty to not have keepers as it would just mean they could use all of their draft picks and since most keepers won't be used on high draft picks, there will be a lot of talent in the draft each year.
